What to anticipate when you call or schedule with The Florida Handyman:

• Once booked, we will personally call you to confirm your needs and appointment. 
• If it is your first time using us, and you do not request a specific, or favorite technician, we will match your project or requirements up to a suitable Technician and confirm your appointment. 
• Your Tech will call or text you (depending on your preferred method of contact) and advise when he is on his way.
• Upon arrival, he will be wear a mask and put on booties or remove his shoes if preferred.
• He will  confirm your needs and listen to your requests.
• Then protect any work areas as necessary to perform the required work.
• The Florida Handyman promises to complete the task in a clean courteous workman like manner.
• Any changes or additions to the scope is done though our portal and the Tech will never try to upsell or add any unwanted services. Nor do they receive any payment in person unless previously authorized.  
• Once satisfied, all payments are contactless though our APP, on the phone or though our website,  via credit card and tips may be in cash or via the remote payment. 

We promise to not only treat your home as if it were ours, but to leave your home better than we entered!
