Some projects take more time if they are larger in nature, and/or require more than one craftsman to complete. 

In this case, you will be provided a fair price beforehand for the time and labor expected, and the project will be promised to be completed on time and within the budget agreed to. 

Sometimes you need to be away from your home for long periods that require third party attention. We will not only watch your home and be on call, but maintain the areas requested (lawn, pool, grounds gutters, plumbing, etc.) and respond immediately to any situation or need that may arise. 

We can be that all in one solution and provide year round maintenance, pool care, grounds keeping, interior and exterior maintenance and repairs. Seasonal cleaning and checkups and more... 

It's like having a full time superintendent on call and duty 24/7 for a fraction of the cost!

Managing rentals? We can get in to that vacant apartment fast, clean, carpets, floors, cabinets, regrout, plaster, paint, fine clean and change the locks faster than you can  imagine!

Price is based on size and condition. Video inspection and pics upon completion for your files!
